I have seen / heard myself that he is about to take the new phoenix Bari club over.
On FM ... it cannot be replicated as straight forward as you think. Switching Aurelio De Laurentiis to Bari would leave Napoli without a chairman then. . Like I said, it will be dealt with potentially in an update file that has to be done manually.
