English Premier League promotion/relegation not changed?

Am I doing something wrong when loading the teams, or is the EPL teams not yet showing proper promotion and relegation? My team (Wolves) has all their newly signed players, but even at a few different start dates they are still in the Championship. What am I doing wrong?
