Both of Erwin Koeman and Chris Van der Weerden are declared as the assistant manager of Phillip Cocu. That's why this confusion happens.
There may be 2 assistant managers in real life but the club's board allows only 1 assistant in game. So one of them should be a coach in FM, I agree with you.
Anyway, Van der Weerden's role has changed to a coach by this data change.
I also understand it and I know there are teams that even have 3 or 4 in reality. But as in the game it only gives 1. Hug @Ado77
