FM17 newest Data update - player ranking stars after transfer + old transfer value

Hello,

I would like to ask a question... after the copy of editor data of the FM17 Data Uptade, when creating new career, there only shows 3 xml files... later, when playing, for example I transfer Laszlo Benes, before transfer scouting shows 3.5 stars, after transfer only 2 (like it was before the update, also transfer value is original).. is it normal or should I solve it somehow? I am total beginer to FM
