I have made some promotions and relegations for the 2018-19 season + updated the teams for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League 2018-19 season. I will update this file regularly. I will add more leagues soon 
IMPORTANT:
This file DOESN'T work with the domnestic league changes file in the data update: https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update
The newest update including the following changes:
AC Milan should now play in Europa League
All Cups, Super Cups etc. are also updated with the latest winners in all the leagues I have done

1. Extract the downloaded rar-file to this destination folder: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2018\editor data (create if not exist).
2. Run Football Manager 2018 and start a new game
3. Choose the file "Promotions and relegations 2018-19"
You are welcome to suggest leagues that are missing
