These will only work with FM24 and earlier. They will not work with the most latest unity versions from FM26 onwards.

In order to see them in game, you should put these kits in a folder where there are other 3d kits, like any downloaded 3d pack. Then you should edit config file in that folder and add these lines:

<record from="1806_home" to="graphics/pictures/team/1806/kit_textures/home"/>
<record from="1806_away" to="graphics/pictures/team/1806/kit_textures/away"/>

Restart game and they should be visible in 3D match
