No. The Clube Atlético Taguatinga and Taguatinga Esporte Clube are different teams.
The Clube Atlético Taguatinga was founded in 1994 and the Taguatinga Esporte Clube in 1964.
The Atlético Taguatinga ended its activities, and will be replaced in competitions by the Taguatinga EC, an old team, five times winner of Campeonato Estadual Brasiliense (1981/1989/1991/1992/1993), that returns to active

I like this way of requesting a lot better than just a huge folder with a lot of logos. I know it takes a bit longer, but I personally think this way is more appropriate
