adding youth league

Is it possible, (and if so : how) to add an additional youth squad to an existing team.
There is -21; -18. I would like to add an -16 (or17).
And competition for the teams in the same league (first division)

Can't figure out where to begin.

You have to use the editor, although I think you're only able to add a maximum of two youth teams.
