International Champions Cup File issues with FM19 Editor

Hi I have an International Champions Cup file which I use and share every year. I have exported into the FM19 editor but have hit an issue. I keep getting an error message [See image]. I have tried updating things to get it to work but can;t get passed this message. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

I've seen others who typically take a file from a previous version and it works out, but they seemed to have changed several things about the rules editor it may not be a thing this year.
