A little help with the editing???

Hello to all of you here.. It s been about five years since i last played the game.. i just installed fm 2019.. and i have some questions about the skins editing.. back in the old days i used to download and modify some skins in the way i liked.. for personal use.. but since i haven t played the game for some years i seem to forget.. and i have noticed that the game's file structure is a little bit changed than the old's one.. so here are some screenshots and my questions on them..

1.

how to get off the coloured titlebar?? if i can remember correctly in the old FM' s i just replaced the bar png file with a blank one and that was it.. no more bars.. just transparency.. now i cant seem to find it.. and i can t remember which line in which xml you edit to get white colours in all the titlebars and not coloured by the team's foreground colour..

also the sidebar.. i don t want the highlight to be coloured by the teams background colour.. a simple white font would be fine for the highlighted box..

change the font colour to white??

remove the kits.. where do i find the icons?? no coloured sidebar or team names etc..

remove the little colour bars on the above left and replace the icons in the tactics field

remove coloured bar and kit icon..

well as you can understand i just.. don t want anything colourized by the teams colours..
