The name was the main reason I signed him! Just a 4-2-3-1 that I've made, seems to be performing miracles this season though.
No idea what's happening, just can't see it lasting.

Was so close to just resigning as the board wouldn't make any more funds available despite having nearly £5m in the bank at one point, mostly thanks to me to! Then thought right sod it I'll stay for one more season and spent a good couple of hours yesterday looking/scouting players before signing a few and so far it's been the best decision I've made in 5 seasons. Last season we were 600-1 to win the league, this season its a 1000-1!

I love how the game only mentions my 'humiliating' defeat to Barnet after every thing I did at Southend... Got them from mid table in League One to 2pts from the Championship play offs whilst also spending just £2m and bringing in £7m through player sales alone. Though I did take their best player with me

Had various clubs linked with me and (failed) interviews with Bournemouth, Newcastle & Frankfurt before being offered this, was going to turn it down then thought sod it why not give it a go. Not planning on staying more than a couple of seasons though that could depend on how well I do.

I know mate and that's the one thing that's stopping me, will the form continue and if it does I should at least make the top 3 next season. But then it could go down the route of not being able to win a game no matter what I do. If I'm able to improve the squad I may stay just not certain yet.

That's another problem I have, I wanna take him with me but none of the clubs that I'm likely to get a job at would be able to afford him and I'll only leave if he can come to
I've also David Hirst (ex Sheff Wed striker) as a coach as he left Southend when I did so he's clearly loyal to me and will also go where I go from now on.
