I am having success with Barnet in the Conference with this system - it might be a bit simple but I'm unbeaten after 10 games and mostly playing attractive stuff.

I've been developing a tactic wich I have been using with Milan and Liverpool and it's working quite good. Is based on @Reddwarf33 tactic, but tweaked as most as I can.
If you want to try here's it.

I was using the regular 4-2-3-1 tactic but I couldn't get what I wanted from Icardi and the AMC was completely useless except from simple sideway passes. So I ended removing him and using 2 Wingers plus 2 Strikers and it worked wonders. I won the league but yet I failed in UCL. My actual tactic was based on Gegenpress.
I scored great number of goals but also conceded a lot from counter attacks but still ended up finishing the league 8 points ahead of Juventus with same GD(45).
This season I'm trying 4-3-3 with actually 3 strikers and 3 midfielders. It's kinda meh until I refine it, will see how it goes.

It's based on pressing and possesion and finally managed to get my strikers scoring (previously most of goals came from wingers al FB). Running invicted with Roma for 15 matches right now.
(Please, forgive my english, it's not my natural language).
Hope you enjoy it.

For now it's working very well (trying it in two saves, one with Burnley without transfers and other with a custom Burnley world class squad). Quite solid in defense and creating a lot of chances while attacking. A huge number of chaces comes from the high pressure and fast passes to the strikers.
If anyone wants to test it and send some feedback it will be welcome.
Edit: The tactic were created for 19.1.5, but it's working even better in 19.2.
