I sold 2 of our best players during the window to try and get the balance back into the black. Unsurprisingly its effected us a lot on the pitch and not we're just about scraping wins now.

I noticed the Southend job was available and was very close to applying, they're back in league one in 7th place! But couldn't give up the work I've put in at Parma just yet.

I've decided that my job to keep Parma in Serie A is near on impossible, the squad is just simply not strong enough so its time for me to move on.
