Looking for help!

I do not understand why, after downloading the EPL Kits, that they are not shown on the Match screen (and yet the oppositions kits are ALWAYS shown.

They also are missing when viewing highlight package and, yet again, the opposition kits have their sponsors on them!

Like I said....at a loss as to why...any feedback?

You need to use in game editor and go to kits and colours section. In there you remove all kit items that have a competition assigned to them.

Or start a new game while using my editor file that can be found in my english leagues packs.

As I said in my post - I have the EPL Kits (attachment 2) already loaded.
It's only when I'm viewing the highlights the kits revert back to the original (attachment 1).

Yes, I understand. If you look at editor in kits section, some premier club have multiple shirts (Liverpool as well), for each cup different. So before cup matches, game will revert to defualt blank kit that is assigned for that cup competition and switch back to custom kit afterwards.
It doesn't happen every time, so you might notice some confusing irregularities, like opponent displaying proper kits.

Your kits and colours should look simple like this and there will be no problems:
