Help with changing fonts

Hey guys,

Hoping someone with some experience in this area would be able to help me, I'm still playing FM17 and using the Vitrex17 skin. What I'd really like to do is replace the font for the squad number with the one in FM19, see the examples below, can anyone advise me on how I could go about achieving this?
