if you want a winter update that works with the original DB you can find one at FMScout , not sure if I can use link here just look on their download section

it wont be as detailed as the version here, but it will work and cover the bigger leagues

I might need to use it as several of my league files created in editor do not work with the 19.3 DB and the new editor is bugged to hell trying to recreate files with that new DB
