Non-playing staff contracts

Most non-playing staff contracts seem to have the same length worldwide of only running out in 32799 meaning any compensation costs millions! Is there a quick fix to this?

I have the same error but I removed the "reduce player contracts" file & it seems to have fixed the issue.

Just had the same issue as well! Needs fixing as there are loads of staff who would essentially never leave a club!
