Staff Contract Dates following FM19 Upgrade to 19.3.5

When I download the latest Data Update, the majority of Staff Contracts at ALL clubs have expiry date of 30/11/32766. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong ? The Data Set says 19.3.0 ( tho the game version is 19.3.5 ) and the Sortitoutsi files are all enabled.

I have discovered that problem lay in file 550782. If I do NOT enable this part of update data pack then all contract dates are as expected
