His buyout clause says if he plays a specific amount of games, it will be used and he gets a contract until 2023. So I think it should be a permanent deal as the buyout clause will be used 99%

Dawid Kownacki is on loan to Fortuna from Sampdoria, not Lech Poznań (FM17).
