Download tactic problem

I have created a tactic for your site called Beta destroyer (here is the link http://sortitoutsi.net/downloads/view/1209/beta-destroyer#comment_48077) which I think is currently the highest 2013 downloaded tactic on here and would be more so except for the fact that I am getting a lot of complaints recently about people not been able to download the tactic from the links. I cant replicate this problem to see what is causing it because I am a premium member so I am not subject to external links etc.
Could a member of the susie staff please look into this for me.

The download works perfectly. They're probably making a mistake such as clicking an advert, on some websites adverts look like download buttons.

I'm not really sure what to do about that, I guess we could try and provide an idiots guide on how to download from these sites, but since users can add any link they want we wouldn't be able to include every possible site.

EDIT: Another possibility is that they are having a problems with 7-zip, which is less common than zip or rar. But since the complaints give such little information it's impossible to tell?

Agreed, or they could all pay the minuscule amount required to get premium on this site, well worth it in my opinion.

To be honest, I thought i'd made it so that all files under a certain size didn't need premium. Tactics are so small that they shouldn't hurt the site to badly. I'll take a look at that later and see why it's not happening.

Can i just say keep up the good work, origanally i only became premium for an easier way to get your downloads terry but now obviously i have the whole sortitoutsi at my disposal. keep it up both of you.
