Hi,

just started a career with Hibs and was wondering if anyone got some ideas on how to spend my money (around 400K) for players

Personally haven't played in Scotland yet, but look around the free transfers? Craig Gordan is on there IIRC so that would be a great coup?

Uh...thanks for the suggestion, but Im pretty sure my wage budget won´t be able to afford Craig Gordon...
My GK is quite good, I´m rather looking for some good MCs and Wingers.

Richard Brittain has been a solid performer in my Rangers game fom SD4 all the way back up to the SPL.

Chris Herd from Aston Villa was also useful on loan but that was at the lower level so not sure if he's good enough for SPL.

James Dayton is a decent, young right winger and if you can get David Templeton from Rangers he has been as consistent on the left wing as Brittain in the middle. Shane Ferguson is also worth a look but will probably only be available on loan.

Joel Pohjanpalo from HJK is a good young striker, you can possibly get him for around £200k, excellent prospect as well. Also see if you can get Abdi Ibrahim from Man City, I picked him up for 40K and he's been superb

i managed to get him for £6k per week, but i didn't sign him till the end of the free transfer window so to get him for that kinda wage you may have to wait as long as humanly possible. I was with Leicester btw.

Also try James McFadden on your left wing, again you may have to wait, the longer you wait, the less money they seem to demand.

Nigel Reo-coker and Malaury Martin are good MC free agents.
