Tried to do this. followed everything and the dates it offers me is still 2018. tried a few things. still no luck. any solutions?

Hey, have another issue...
There is not competition when i try to change start date...
I tried everything, chose another date, then especially a monday, then i tried to change path of the files, and a lot of other things...

SOLVED !?
after trying like crazy 100 times with no success I looked at a error message popping up telling me that the fixtures file was only supporting a certain date range. -> pick may 6th 2019 -> works!
also - in the editor, make sure the correct league is selected. check the screenshiot - the july date is not working, the may date works.
