This change requires other changes to go with it, Marotta still appears in the game as no more than a greyed out, useless staff member with no real influence.

Marotta should be the GM rather than Chairman. Inter's current structure isn't reflected in the game:
Giuseppe Marrotta is the CEO / Amministratore Delegato Sport, the highest sports authority at Inter above Piero Ausilio who is the D.S. (direttore sportivo), rather than a generic director/chairman who has little effect on the game, Marotta should be involved as the director of football to reflect his importance and involvement in real life.
