One way of solving this is the use of a kits colour changes file, which ONLY works when applied BEFORE starting a new game.
Instructions below on how to install this file BEFORE starting a new game:

Things this file will fix include:
1) fixing national or leagues teams kits in instances where they don't appear, like for example West Ham / Burnley
Wrong Colour Bar...
No third kits for Burnley...OR if they have the third kit, will fix colour bar...
Will fix if default third kit as well.
2) removing kits from the database which are not in the SS kit packs, like for example this team
3) assigning the correct kit colours and/or styles in the instances where the FM database and the kit packs don't correspond

when we install the file, I have the jerseys of the teams of premiere league and bundesliga (with the new jerseys) which do not display!
For other countries I have no problem

R u play FM20? If yeah, u have to wait till I have done with SSKCC for FM20 release soon or u can do yourself with the in-game editor.

no I play with FM19.
the new jerseys for Serie A (ITALY), liga (SPAIN) it works, but not for the Bundesliga (GERMANY) and for the Premier League (ENGLAND)

its all working fine....make sure clean cache, reload skin and start a game if you know that, you cant use save game for SSKCC tho.

I've noticed that some of the kits do not show in-game, due to there being duplicate entries for the shirts in the editor.
For example, Rushden and Diamonds third shirt does not show in-game - I loaded up your editor file in the FM editor and saw there are two entries for the shirt and two entries for the text. I deleted these duplicates and now the shirt shows in game.
There are a few like this that I have found so far.

you know its FM19 (not FM20) right?.....its FM19 it's working fine, I know sometimes double can showing or not.

No problem. It only effects a few kits, so I will go through and manually remove any duplications and re-save your file.
