La Liga competition not starting

So like the title says, I'm on Septmeber and La Liga hasn't even started, not schedule and nothing show up, even though Champions groups are sorted and Cup matched are fixed too. I've played 4 seasons with a database from here and no problems till now, so please help or give some advice

Issues with the file/s here usually manifest on start up not allowing you to select leagues, this sounds like a game bug which you will have to report at SI
