Accidentally bought 2 copies of FM20

I went to buy FM20 with PayPal but it said the payment was cancelled and I wasn't charged so I went and did the same again and then this time it worked fine and I bought the game however I went into my notifications and had 2 copies of the game and I had been charged twice! Can I refund one of the games I haven't activated either?
