Yeah, but we don't know that's they want for 3d templates. I know @bolid74 @jroberts @maxi9494 @siborg did lots of 3d kits for packs already as WIP....so we can do if whoever post kit here that's they want for template.

Is there actually still a 3D kit megapack with that same brand_number.psd files as there used to be in the past?

I'm afraid that only solution for you is to take the name from NE pack and google it to see how that shirt looks. Then you can compare it to 2D kits and rename files. It's not great, I agree, but I make my own sets of 2D and 3D templates and I opted to name files not by number but by shirt name. It's much easier to later google some shirt with known name than figuring out how to find pictures of shirt no. 253, for example.

We have 18/19 psd files, the extraordinary bolid's NE templates, but I would like to have 17/18 and 19/20 psd for the leagues you cover, too.

Yup sure thing, here's the 17-18 ones, includes National, North, South, and Evo-Stik Northern Div 1 North along with a couple random ones like Burnley's third kit. Any National North and South I've done for 19-20 I've sent to Bolid so they're all in one place, rather than people having to download twice as many things.
