I echo this as my plan was to download last night ready to play after work today, if it’s not ready to download by 5 I’ll be requesting a refund so I can purchase through steam direct

Hello everyone, just bought FM2020 + a subscription, but haven't received any emails, and my account does not show me as a premium member ... so I cannot download the facepacks in advance. Could you please help? Thanks and I appreciate for providing all this content over the years.
