I recommand using the free FM20 Editor in the tools section in Steam and manually move Mourinho to Spurs, or you could buy the In-Game Editor for around 5 Euros. Then you can move Mourinho to Spurs after you started a new career

I also download the FM 2016 update daily and have downloaded the latest release but am experiencing difficulties. Juande Ramos is employed by Malaga and Pearson by Derby but Jose Mourinho and his staff are unemployed, Sinisa Mihajlovic is not the manager of Torino but his assistant Nenad Sakic is employed as the assistant manager of Torino. Also, Jocelyn Gourvennec is listed as assistant manager of Bordeaux. I have not experienced these problems before and would greatly appreciate your help.

Download the new update from here, and move it over to Sports Interactive--> Editor Data, effectively replacing your old file named "sortitoutsi" with the new one.

Download the FM 2016 update daily and just did the latest one.
Everyone there, apart from Mourinho and his staff at Manchester United.
Can anyone help?
