Unable to launch game - macOS 10.15.1

Hi All,

I have just purchased via this website and have downloaded everything all ok but when I go to launch through steam, I get the error :

An error occured while updating Football Manager 2020 (Unknown Error)

Try this.

Verify Game Cache:

1. Load Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the ‘VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE…’ button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
5. Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.

Tried that mate and said all game files validated but then still get the same error when trying to launch

Are you on a MAC?

I am yes, running Catalina 10.15.1

I've gotta go but best I can offer is to have a search online for the error CLICK

That will be your problem I'm guessing, have a search online as there's a few people had the same problem.

Sorted it, wouldn't launch through steam but found where it was located in finder and launched the way

Strange but i'm finding Catalina is!
