Do the Assistant Manager created Training Schedules work well enough, or have people tinkered with them to create their own?
I am contemplating trying to create one, but don't want to undo a good schedule if the one the AM created is ok.

Does anyone have a created schedule that works that they can upload? Or just tips on creating a useful schedule?

Personally I think it depends on how much time you're able to put into the game. Ive made my own schedule once on this version and it took bloody ages, but it did seem to give me a good start to the season as it was based on fitness and strength though did have a very high injury risk. I then changed it to more technical training when the season started but ended up getting bored so handed it back to the assistant.
