Downloads failing

I have tried downloading the cutout faces 12 and 12.1 updates and the downloads fail with "Network Error". This is happened for the last 3 days. I've tried the download resume function in chrome, and it fails there too a short while after resuming.

Same problems for me here, downloads are failing sooner or later, no clue why
