can anyone help me with an Advanced Rules Edit.

I've created a new league i would like to add to the english pyramid but am running into problems.. So far i've basically created a 24 B team league with teams for 15 prem clubs and 9 Championship clubs that i would like to "add" to the English Pyramid at vanarama level (would prefer N/S but national is fine too) can upload the file for anyone wishing to help
