Comprei o "FM20" aqui neste site, e neste momento estou a tentar colocar o código Steam que recebi, mas ao colocar o código, diz que o mesmo já esta em utilização, e não me permite avançar para a instalação, é a primeira vez que estou a tentar inserir o código.... o que posso fazer?

I bought the "FM20" here on this site, and at this moment I'm trying to put the Steam code I received, but when you put the code, it says that it is already in use, and does not allow me to proceed to the installation, is the first time I am trying to enter the code .... what can I do?

Hey it looks like you made this purchase on August 31st which is obviously a long time ago, are you sure you're using the correct account/order/code?
