Why is there no B teams in second Croatian team?

I Was looking for freshly new players from B team from second Croatian clubs , So i was wondering will you guys update these b teams in next few weeks or maybe even months.

Teams that are not in:
NK Osijek II
Hajduk II
Dinamo Zagreb II
