I have a Skin condition :O

I have downloaded a few skins, as I don't like the ones that comes with the game.
I unpacked the skins to the skins folder, deleted the cache ingame, and yet none of my downloaded skins are showing in the preferences menus.
What might I have missed?

the facepacks, kits and logos works perfectly.

Problem solved

The game was using a different skins folder, located in a different part of the game folder. (howerver that happened!).
