I have won 2 of the last 3 Champion's League finals with Porto and have a high World reputation. I applied for 6 jobs and was turned down for all of them.

I saw that Vietnam had a job available and applied as a joke. I was rejected which made me laugh.

Does FM 2020 not allow you to coach a club AND international team?

yes you can do both

might be a bug have a look over at SI report if it hasnt been already

Annoyingly I paid 99p extra on the FMT 20 Touch (ios) version to hopefully manage Malta but it was not one of the teams available for selection, although there many more higher profile teams active.
