Neil Kinsella
Hi I hope you can help. I enjoy playing football Manager Touch 2020 as an international manager currently with England.
I find that if I sack my staff like my assistant manager and under 21s and under 18 managers it is impossible to replace them.
I place job adverts etc over and over again but there is never anyone interested and if I approach any staff at any level they never fancy the job of international assistant manager or under 21s manager etc,
This seems to be the case even with a low level staff member even if they are unemployed they are never interested in the role.
In the real football world these roles would be very popular but if this game you place adverts for months with no response and none is ever interested.
This is really frustrating as it means you have to either keep your current inherited international staff forever even if you don’t want too or operate with no added staff.
Is there a solution to these issues? I would really appreciate anyone’s wisdom as this is ruining my enjoyment of this otherwise great game.
Many thanks
Neil
