These will only work with FM24 and earlier. They will not work with the most latest unity versions from FM26 onwards.

Build folder in Footbal Manager 2020/ graphics/ pictures/
called 3d kits
put the kits into it and create a config.file in this folder.
the config file (config.xml) contents files like this (example):
