Credit to WicksyFM's 5-3-2 which I used as a base for this.
Tactic is strong defensively and fairly good going forward, I used this towards the end of my Nottingham Forest save where we went on a great run and won the Championship, have also holidayed half a season with Liverpool which see just one defeat and some good wins, 3-0 away at Tottenham, 5-2 home to R Madrid and draws away to Man Utd and Man City.
Obviously play as many friendlies as possible to get team familiarity high as quick as possible.
I generally start all games with the attacking mentality, but if its against a tougher opponent I'll switch to balanced if take the lead especially if away from home. Just use common sense with game management really!
I use no opposition instructions.
Let me know how it goes for you.

Still surprised it's working at all with ME updates, last time I gave it a go was a few weeks back and wasn't much good at all sadly. Maybe the last update has changed things.
May have a new 4-4-2 up at some point, depends how well my second season with arsenal goes. Plus I'll probably holiday through a couple of seasons with other teams to test it.

Once again, all in all that's a great tactic tested with multiple teams and works with all of them!
