It was amazing Benniewijs! Two to go!
Sorry KEZ I've been looking forward to hitting England for ages now and for the sake of the challenge I won't be avoiding it.
It is indeed Dyrim, I had an unbeaten spell at Antwerp which was only half a season I believe but this one topped it!
JCash, two lower league titles then England!
A fantastic season has now come to a close and with us winning the league and cup double and remaining unbeaten domestically this season it proved to be one of my better seasons in charge. However now with no more domestic trophies available to Kobenhavn I had to look at moving on.
I spent just under a year here at Kobenhavn, three hundred and forty five days where we played fifty one games and won thirty five of them. Drawing eleven and losing just five, all coming in the Europa League this season was a great showing. Scoring one hundred and thirteen goals on the way whilst conceding just forty eight left our goal difference of plus sixty five and a win ration of sixty eight percent.
But as I said, despite it being a really enjoyable season and the squad very strong, I had to leave as there was no point me staying in charge. Hopefully we won't have too much trouble dropping down the tiers to find a job however with none on the market at the minute it could prove to be another long period of time out of management. We will do our best to get back into a job as soon as possible.

I've been out of management for almost two months now but when a certain job popped up I couldn't resist it and it would give me a chance to knock off trophy three from a possible four in Denmark however we knew it wouldn't be the easiest task. This one job was always going to be a step backwards as we dropped down the division but I was very pleased to be announced their new manager...
Hansen stepped down from his position at AC Horsens following another dreadful season for the club and with them being relegated it meant they would be competing in the second tier this year. This seemed like the perfect job opportunity for me and it meant they were in search for a fourth manager in just over a season and a half as the club seemed to be in all sorts of trouble.
I obviously went ahead and declared my interest in the job and a potential return to my first ever home ground in Denmark. It would be very good to return home especially if they are likely to compete for the league title this season. Nothing has been confirmed as yet but I was thinking it had to be all but a done deal now!
I'm backkkkkkk! AC Horsens didn't take too long to invite me into the office to discuss the contract I would be taking on. Another four year deal on just one thousand one hundred pounds per week as well as having a transfer budget of just seventy three thousand. We have got room to move in the wage budget though and with the board expecting promotion from the Betsafeligaen but I was back home!

I wouldn't of hired me again with Dyrim! But lets hope this is a better run through!
Having returned to management on the twenty seventh of July I was thrown in at the deep end as I had no time to build on the squad before our first competitive game. July gave us two league games to compete with for us to try and get off to the best start possibly. Here is also a quick squad review just so you can see what the assistant believes the team is capable of.
We look strong at the back but as it moves forward it looks like it gets weaker. Our number one goalkeeper is on loan from OB so is a good player to the squad and our back line looks very good with it being led by centre back Olesen whilst captain Bogelund will be just as commanding. Into midfield we find areas of weakness with Duncan being the stand out player and upfront we are just as weak but I shall look to continuously improve this squad.
Just two league games in July for the season to begin and a game on my day of signing was very hard to get to grips. We traveled to FC Helsingor where we got off to the perfect start. Olsen put us infront after just twelve minutes as the striker looked to prove his worth before he doubled our tally ten minutes before the break. Second half FC Helsingor struck one back but we held on to a winning start.
Our second and final game of July saw us hit another milestone. Now seven hundred games in management and just three hundred away from hitting the one thousand mark! It wasn't the dream seventh century as we fell to a two nil home defeat at home against HB Koge. Two goals for the away side, coming either side of the break saw us slip away from the perfect start and it cost us..
Not the perfect start to the competition we are expected to win however it was a tough start with two games in my opening three days in charge. The squad needs some fine tuning but hopefully we can sort it out and find some solid form over the next few months.
Shedender
Very well done on the unbeaten league season with Kobenhavn and cup success too and it's hard to comment on this season as you've only played two games.

Thanks Miimaa, its good to be back there and hopefully with a better stint. Hopefully we can fire them back to the top flight first time of asking.
Thanks Loscules, getting through Denmark fairly quickly, we are halfway there anyway!
Our first full month down in the Betsafeligaen saw a very busy month indeed as we battled through two different competitions. We faced two DBU Pokalen games as our cup run was already on and alive as well as five league games. We look to improve the wobbly start we've made and try and hunt down the spot early on.
We began August with a home game welcoming AB in the league clash that saw us return to winning ways on my seven hundredth and first game in management. Storm fired us into the lead just after the half an hour to mark to give us belief before Krogh netted in the second half to secure a two nil win.
Our DBU Pokalen run began on the road as we traveled to OKS and a five gal thriller saw us extend our run. We conceded within three minutes before Holm leveled for us after seventeen minutes. We found ourselves two one down at the break and sinking! However second half we came back out fighting and a goal from Olsen brought us level before Olesen nodded home a corner with twenty minutes remaining to send us into the next round.
As we returned home we welcomed early league leaders Silkeborg where we played out a tough encounter which ended level. We were behind in the first half and this saw us staring at defeat. However a strong fightback saw us claim a point with Beck netting nine minutes from time.
The halfway mark in the month saw us remain unbeaten for four games as we traveled to Frem and claimed a three one victory. Hold nodded us into the lead after just three minutes before Frem leveled in injury time of the first half. Olesen nodded home a free kick with half an hour to go before Brink netted thirteen minutes to go as we secured a three one victory.
Our first and only defeat of the month saw us travel to fellow relegated side last year VB Kodling where we slipped to a one nil defeat. A first half goal was enough to kill off our pressure and we failed to make any clear cut chances.
The second round of the DBU Pokalen saw us travel to Hedensted where we returned to winning ways and eased into the third round. Krogh fired us into the lead after thirteen minutes before Olsen fired us into a two goal lead. Before the break we added a third through Duncan. Second half we failed to make our pressure count and conceded a late on consolation but advanced easily.
The final game of the month saw us return to league action to welcomed B 93 where we recorded a narrow win to end on a high. An early first half goal from Krogh was enough to give us the edge at the break before Duncan netted three minutes after the restart to double our lead. With fifteen minutes remaining B 93 tried to force a comeback as they netted one but we held out for the three points.
Seven league games down and its fair to say our form has improved as of late and we are competing for one of the two available playoff spots. We sit down in third as we trail second place VB Kodling by four points and the leagues top side Silkeborg by six points. Its sure to be a long way to go with a tough season on our hands but we can just try our best for that top spot.

We had made a very good start to life in the Betsafeligean but it was important we kept up with the top two who had both already made a nice break away from us. And September gave us another busy month to contend with as we faced another six games in four weeks. Five more league games as well as the third round of the DBU Pokalen as we looked to continue our cup run.
We began September away from home as we traveled to Vestsjaelland where a poor first half saw us with it all to do second half and thats what we did. We took the lead in the second half through Storm before Olsen nodded home strongly second half to claim the win.
Second game of the month saw us keep our second clean sheet on the bounce as a perfect performance from Holsen saw us claim a fantastic three nil win. Olsen fired us into the lead after just four minutes before doubling his and our tally three minutes after the restart. We wrapped up the win when he completed his hatrick three minutes into injury time to round up another good win.
We made it three games and three clean sheets for September as we welcomed Hvidovre however it wasn't a great game. With them sitting bottom of just three points we thought we could take an easy win. However it wasn't to be as we slipped up to a goalless draw.
The scoring drought didn't last long however as we traveled to Kolding BK in the DBU Pokalen third round. We smashed in five despite being behind ins seven minutes. Duncan gave us the lead after seventeen minutes before Olsen doubled our lead and Juul made it three. Second half Duncan added a second before Olsen rounded up a five one victory and put us into the fourth round.
A second away on the bounce saw us return to league form and traveled to HB Koge where we returned to winning ways in the league. Olsen struck after just three minutes before Pederson struck three minutes before the break as we managed to remain unbeaten.
We ended the month back on a sour note as we were at home and welcomed Holseingor. Unfortunately it wasn't to be our night as it ended as it started all level at nil nil.
A third of the way into the season and we are still trailing the top two by a fair gap. Kodling sit top on thirty two points, one point clear of second place Silkeborg. Whilst we sit down in third eight points off the top and seven off second place. However we do have a six point gap over fourth, fifth and sixth place teams Fredeericia, HB Joge and AB however third place isn't enough!

It's nice to see the three tactics that you've been utalizing. Question mate, what one do you use the most?
Miimaa
I hope in better results. So far it looks like every loss is paynfull although if it is a draw. GL
Dan
Dyrim we can't do anything to catch them at the moment!
We are still in the hunt Shedender however unless the top two teams slip up we won't get near that second spot! I mainly use the second and third tactic on the screenshot in the previous post however the third one does help when we are on the back foot, just depends if we are home or away.
I just use those tactics and rotate them during pre season Miimaa which seems to get the players use to them and ready for the new season. The results aren't to bad but the other two teams are proving to be too good for us which means we can't make the gap up!
Every month seemed to be a massive month for us now and it was sure getting tough on the players and their fitness levels. Another month where we faced seven games in just four weeks which was really tough for us. Six games in the Betsafeligaen as well as the fourth round of the DBU Pokalen saw us look for a spot in the quarter finals as our cup run went on.
We started the month with our sixth clean sheet on the bounce as we traveled to AB where we managed to come away with a two nil victory along with a fine double from Olsen. He put us infront on the verge of the break with the opener before he doubled his and our tally six minutes after the restart to ensure a two nil victory.
Back at home we welcomed Fredericia where we grabbed a big four one victory. We led after twenty minutes when in form striker Olsen gave us the lead before we doubled our tally three minutes later when Pederson nodded home. We conceded one before the break but it didn't dampen our spirits. Duncan made it three one nine minutes after the restart before Beck netted in the final minute of play to round up a win.
We made it eleven games without a defeat as we traveled to second place side Silkeborg where we wanted a win but took a draw come the end. A goalless first half saw it end goalless before Silkeborg opened the scoring moments after the restart. We thought back early on though as Juul came off the bench to nod home a free kick.
As we returned home to welcome league leaders VB Kolding we fell to our first defeat in twelve games in all competitions as we just couldn't cope with their power. A slow start for us saw us behind before the away side added the all important second i injury time of the first half as they secured a two nil win over us.
Back on the road we traveled to B 93 where we still weren't at our best and could only grab a point. Pederson gave us the lead after fifteen minutes however six minutes later B 93 were level and secured a point as the rest of the game remained goalless.
The DBU Pokalen fourth round draw saw us travel to league rivals Fredericia who we beat earlier in the month four one. This was a close game however we managed to secure a spot in the quarter finals. We lead after twenty five minutes as Krogh guided us into the lead. We doubled our lead moments after the restart when Duncan found the back of the net. We conceded one almost immediately after going two up but we managed to ease into the next round.
We went four without a win in the league as we ended the month back at home welcoming Nordvest in a rather annoying draw. We were behind after twenty five minutes when Nordvest netted from the spot as we were down to ten men! Luckily we claimed a comeback and a draw when Storm struck three minutes after the restart.
Despite losing just three so far this season we are still trailing the league leaders by nine points! Kolding now sit top on forty two points whilst Silkeborg now sit down in second place as they fall a point behind. We sit down on thirty three points whilst HB Koge catch us up a little sitting two points behind us. We have the second best defensive records however it seems we are drawing too many this year!

November was to be the final competitive month of the year for us and with six games left to play we looked to end the 2033 calender year on a high. It was to be a tough month though with five Betsafeligaen games along with the quarter finals of the DBU Pokalen which saw us face lower league opponents!
The month started with our first win in five as we welcomed Frem to record a two one victory. We were behind again come the break but kicked into gear moments after the restart when Olsen netted for us. We doubled our tally and took the lead late on as Olesen nodded home a corner to secure a two one win.
Our winning ways didn't last long though as we traveled to Fredericia. A big game saw a six goal thriller which ended all square. We were two down come the break as we started very slowly once again! We netted our first three minutes after the restart when Olsen netted before Krogh made it two all. We fell behind with fifteen minutes to go however snatched a draw when Olsen netted three minutes into injury time.
And it was to be back to back draws as we traveled to Vestsjaelland. This time we were the better side during the first forty five minutes where Duncan gave us the lead. Second half we were the side on the back foot though and this saw us fall to a one all draw as we conceded from a corner.
We returned to winning ways as we traveled to struggling Helsingor and eased to a three nil victory. Duncan put us in the lead for the second game running with a goal after half an hour and the only one of the first half. Second half we went two up immediately when Pedersen netted before Olsen rounded off the scoring.
We had already beaten our expectations in the DBU Pokalen but that wouldn't stop our charge as we traveled to third tier side Otterup as we narrowly eased into the semi finals! A one goal game which we dominated saw us advance. Pedersen netted the only goal of the game after twenty one minutes.
The month and calender year ended with a third win on the bounce in our third away game on the bounce. We traveled to struggling Hvidovre where we eased away with a two one win. We took the lead when Krogh netted just before the half hour mark with the only first half goal. Second half we went two up when Olsen struck home. We conceded a penalty which was converted with twelve minutes to go but ended on a high.
The gap continues to get bigger at the top of the table and thats not good for us. kolding move eleven points clear of us at the top as they now sit on fifty five points whilst second place Silkeborg lose pace on them now five points behind on fifty. We sit third with forty four points meaning we are six points off the promotion spot. HB Koge continue to put the pressure on us as they trail us by a point. They then have a ten point gap over fifth place Nordvest. There are only ten league games to play after the winter break and it will be game on for the title race!

I too think the league title is long gone Shedender but as you said things turn quickly. I will take second place if we can but its unlikely now.
There is little else we can do Benniewijs than play the way we are, and its not enough!
Second place is just a straight promotion Miimaa so we would take that but its not likely the way we are falling behind thats for sure!
Thanks for catching up again laudrup_11! Still waiting to see something from you this year! Second place will ensure promotion and me and Shedender have said we will take promotions as the trophy so we will fight all the way for second place.
With the competitive season over until March we had a fair bit of time to try and improve the squad. We looked to make a bigger title bid in the new calender year as well as keep our good form going. We had made no moves this summer so haven't strengthened the side whilst we haven't lost any stars this winter either. However we did face a busy couple of months in friendlies.
We faced nine friendlies this winter and as we went into the 2034 calender year we wanted to remain in good form. We had a mix of friendlies with some tough games and some easy wins to get the goals and morale as high as we possibly could. This saw us pick up six wins over February and the early part of March whilst we draw two and lost just once this winter. A bit worrying we only managed to keep three clean sheets and went on to concede eight goals in five games but its a building block whilst we scored twenty in seven games where we found the net. A few good performances from some individuals as was expected.
We now head into the last three months of the season with ten league games remaining as we continue to try our best to stop the top two from securing promotion. We also have both legs of the DBU Pokalen against a Superliga side as we look to make history.
