Help for foreign player rules of Turkish League - FM 19

I'am still playing FM 19 with editor database which I created by myself. I realised one problem to solve so I thought maybe someone can help me??

After last upated on FM19 VAR uses in Turkish League and foreign player rule has changed. I want to play first season (2018-2019) with former rule than next year (2019-2020) I want to play with current rule (all other rules has to be same).

Former rule
Max foreign player for season: 14
Max foreign player for first eleven: 11
Max foreign player for match squad: 14

Current rule
Max foreign player for season: 14
Max foreign player for first eleven: 11
Max foreign player for match squad: 12

you need to open advanced rules for the nation

then go to the fixture rules for the comp( I have shown here the super ligue change to what you want then if you want different rules for the following season you need to add what is needed to the current fixture rules but to run from 2019 or whenever you want - see second screenshot
