Allowing over 21's in U21's Matchday teams?

Hi.

I have a U21 league structure that I have created to mirror the senior league structure.

Can i add a rule that allows 3 over 21's to be selected in a match day team?

Should be able to in the fixture rules set the starting XI/ squad to have x amount of players over the age

Ok that would be great thanks.
I don't think I have that option as I haven't created an U21 league I have just set the U21 to replicate the 'main divisions' on account of me not being able to get it working by creating the custom U21 leagues.

Let me know if that makes sense or I can give you the exact details.
