Wage issue with player and staff

Hi,

First I play with a small spanish team but I reached the Liga.

I have an issue with the player wage's, I can't give less than 13k and it's a huge problem for a small team, does anyone had this problem?

Another issue is with the staff, all the staff (prep, prep u19, etc..) good or very very bad ask me the same wage 15.5k. So I can't buy one (for U19 team) because I don't have enough money. And some prep gone to other smaller clubs for 4k or 6k or less.

Does anyone can explain what's happen, or how to correct this bug.

Only way to fix I found is using FMRTE and editing the players salary down to an acceptable level. I wouldn’t classify this as cheating, just correcting an obvious bug in the game.

Alternatively, if you have loads of money in the bank, you can transfer a large proportion to the wage balance. That way you would be able to afford the large salaries requested.

I don't want to use the FMRTE to edit every player salary.

I never used FMRTE so can you change this "rule" like minimum wage = "0" or "N/A" instead of minimum wage = 13k?

you can impose wage caps and min/max wage structures in theory here via advanced rules



I say in theory as I have set up max wage rules across the 'top' leagues so to make in fairer however it is hit and miss(probably bugged once again) see many clubs sticking to the rule but also see some players getting double the maximum limit so try it and see what happens

In game editor is very limited can't do things like this in game

arf, i bought the in game editor by mistake.

I can't change this in the pre game because I'm in 2024 and I don't have this issue on my first 2 years.
