I think it's unlikely. It takes quite a lot of time to make the kits for one team let alone for several leagues. I encourage you to try making them yourself, there are videos and templates available on the forum and I'm sure if you get stuck someone will give you some advice.

You are quite right about the spectacular kits but they just take so much more time to do them..
The aim is to do as many as I can. It is all dependent on seeing enough recent, quality images of each nation. I expect to have it finished in around 2 weeks or so.
