Yes, that's a good point. Also, would anybody be able to help me create just one videoadboards, please? I have tried but I can't seem to get the timing right. I would really appreciate help with this, please.

I have tried to make my own adboard and I have some trouble with getting it in to my game.
Im talking about the video adboards.
It dosent show up in the game.
I have putted the avi (as said in section 10) into the folder "Football Manager 2020\data\simatchviewer_uncompressed\videos\hd\video_ads\denmark", and then coded the XML file.
I just copied one of the other danish codes and edited the uniqe number for my ad. Then I went down and type "<integer value" and then the number.. You get the point. I did it under det danish superliga, and I thought everything was fine. But I have now tried multiple times to edit the files, and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong with the file?
The Stadium is big enough to have video ad boards, btw.

Part of my guide seems to be missing, the file needs to be in .IVF format, use XMedia Recode 64bit for file conversion

I'm getting the same problem as you Carlito. The video ad boards were working fine, now they are suddenly showing as solid black led boards. I did notice that SI had introduced some new ad boards during the lockdown - I wonder if one of their minor updates has caused an issue with this?

I'm managing Newcastle United and just played a friendly away vs. Schalke, but I also watched highlights from other games (Everton vs. Atletico) to see if it was just the stadium I was playing in. They all have black video boards.

I'm managing Fiorentina and the adboards have always worked up until this week. This morning I have re-installed all of the adboard downloads from scratch and its working as normal again. No idea why it stopped working, but at least it is working now. Appreciate all the work you put into this mod rabcp; people like you make the community so much better.

If Schalke and Atletico are the home teams the then there is no issue as these teams have no video ads assigned to them so in friendlies they would display black ads.

Just checked now and Everton were at home. Also checked in on an Arsenal game and a Real Madrid game (Arsenal were at the Emirates but the game was listed as neutral for the Emirates Cup, while Real Madrid were at home).
None of them are working.

If the issue persists in competitive games it may be worth trying a reinstall

I was hoping someone can help me. I play fm19. The mod (fm19 version) works for the most part for me. The only issue is during the game the video ads show in 3D but not 2D classic. They do however work if i was to watch a highlights of an older match or indeed the match that i have just watched/managed in, in 2d with black video ads. After i leave the match i can watch the highlights in 2d classic and all of a sudden they are there working fine.
Bizarrely using 2d classic during the match it picks up one ad while managing in copa del rey (spanish cup). It is the coca cola ad only. That plays and animates perfectly. But only for this competition (although obviously i haven't tested every other one out there)
Can anyone help?

Thanks, I've never used 2D for years, having checked a match in that format I also experience the same issues, perhaps the game does not support video ads in live matches?

I thought that also, but the default ads (right after a fresh install) work in live matches. Also certain video ads during copa del rey work. My knowledge and understanding of these files are very limited but it just seems strange.
If there is nothing that can be done don't worry. It might just be one of these things.
