Flickering screen during match

Hi guys,

Sorry to bother you with this.
Sometimes the screen starts to flicker (strobo effect) while I'm in the match. It stills keep flickering after the match. I've to restart FM al over. But today I had it twice in a row. Does anyone know how to fix this, please ?
I bought FM 2020 like a few weeks ago. And I have a Mac.
