1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FMXX - click 'Preferences' > 'Interface' > unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' > click 'Reload Skin' for first your time.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other packs, DO Click 'Preferences'>'Interface'>'CLEAR CACHE then again click 'RELOAD SKIN' AS ALWAYS after downloading to folders.

You'll have to use custom database to play at level 10: https://community.sigames.com/topic/498100-wip-fm20-e20-england-to-level-20/
Database itself has some basic kit colors set up, which will clash with my editor file (the lower you go from level 7 to 10, the worse it is). Although most of the kits (if not all) should be visible, you'll have to tweak some UI colors with in-game editor after you start the game.
Update to 3D pack will follow very soon, with most of teams in Northwest Counties North (though not all)
