It's worth noting that UncleSam has done a truly remarkable job at building a US pyramid that integrates the expansion sides into the fold when they are set to join in real life. He even built out the academy system and US college athletics to improve the overall presence of American regens in the game. If you haven't seen the breadth of UncleSam's efforts I would suggest giving it a look.
