Open the file in the editor and you can see the changes made
Would imagine it's promotion and relegation

the file just updates clubs history re position in league/s and promotion etc

TheMinsterman is starting to do his files which he usually does when the season ends so more will follow and I am sure he will put something up on site regarding this soon
